Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Web2Autos customer account and the personal data tied to it. This removes your profile, saved vehicles, uploaded documents, and related account records. Some application records may be retained when required for legal or compliance reasons (see our Privacy Policy).
On the website
- Sign in to your Web2Autos account.
- Open Profile & settings.
- Scroll to Delete account, confirm with your password, and type DELETE.
In the mobile app
- Open the Web2Autos app and go to Profile.
- Sign in if needed.
- Under Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
Sign in to delete now
Sign in with the same email you use in the app, then you can delete your account on this page.
