The part I respect the most is when letting him know that it's hard to leave my house due to taking care of family members him and his staff were able to accommodate that by doing all the work in the background and literally telling me I was able to come pick up my van!!! We went n did a test drive and signed a few forms n boom we drove our van home!!! The empathy and respect they showed us made us feel like we had known them for years....
