This agreement is between Web2Autos.com LLC ("Web2Autos," "we," or "us") and the adult member identified in the completed enrollment. It explains the paid features, recurring charges, cancellation, and refunds. Membership begins only after you choose a plan, separately authorize recurring charges, and receive confirmation.
Web2Autos Membership Benefits
Choose $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Both paid plans provide the same Plus benefits. The annual plan saves $9.89 compared with twelve monthly payments. These plans renew automatically until canceled.
Additional benefits included with Plus: (1) Vehicle price comparison — tell us the vehicle you want; we research advertised inventory and available dealer quotes to help identify the lowest price among the offers reviewed. No marketwide lowest price is guaranteed. (2) Manufacturer incentive research for new vehicles — rebates, promotional financing, and lease specials with known eligibility and expiration conditions. The dealer and lender confirm final terms. (3) Featured vehicle advertising — feature one eligible personal vehicle listing each membership month for up to 30 days while membership remains active. No inquiry, bid, or sale is guaranteed.
Free services available to members and nonmembers include AI-assisted vehicle matching, help locating vehicles and dealership introductions, standard vehicle listings, VIP appointment coordination and personal support, convenience services where available, and free credit repair assistance through 720CreditClub.com. No obligation: free credit assistance requires no paid membership. Canceling Plus does not end your access to free services. The membership fee pays only for the additional Plus benefits above.
1. Price and automatic renewal
Monthly: $4.99 per month, charged at enrollment and automatically each month until canceled. Annual: $49.99 per year, charged in full at enrollment and automatically each year until canceled. Both plans include the same benefits. Annual billing saves $9.89 compared with twelve monthly payments totaling $59.88. No enrollment or processing fee applies. Any legally required tax is disclosed before payment. No free account converts to paid membership without express enrollment.
2. Paid automotive benefits
Vehicle price comparison and incentive research are informational; dealers and lenders confirm final availability and terms. Featured vehicle advertising: one eligible personal vehicle listing each membership month for up to 30 days while membership is active. Unused placements do not accumulate. Standard vehicle listings remain free. Placement does not guarantee views, inquiries, dealer bids, or a sale.
3. Free services remain independent
AI-assisted matching, dealership introductions, standard listings, VIP coordination, and free credit-repair assistance remain available without Plus. Paid membership does not buy priority for financing, application preparation, approval, or credit assistance. Credit assistance through 720CreditClub.com is separate and free; canceling Plus does not reduce its availability.
4. Research and third-party transactions
The paid research benefit does not authorize Web2Autos to negotiate, enter into a purchase or lease, collect a vehicle deposit, obtain credit, or act as your purchasing agent. Web2Autos is not a lender or dealership. Membership does not guarantee approval, a credit-score increase, a particular rate, a vehicle, delivery, or removal of accurate credit information.
5. Account and listing responsibilities
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate contact information. Membership covers one individual account and is not transferable. List only vehicles you own or are authorized to advertise and provide truthful information. We may remove unlawful or misleading listings or suspend an account for fraud or material misuse.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time through the online membership cancellation control in your dashboard or by emailing info@web2autos.com with your account email and a request to cancel. Online enrollment includes immediate online cancellation without a mandatory call, explanation, or retention offer. Choose continued access through the paid term with no further renewal, or contact support for a prorated refund for unused days when applicable. No cancellation fee applies. Free-service access remains available.
7. Renewal reminders and changes
We send an annual reminder for recurring plans identifying the service, charge amount and frequency, and cancellation method. No price increase applies during a prepaid term. A future increase requires advance disclosure and express acceptance before charging.
8. Payments, privacy, and communications
We charge only after separate recurring-payment consent and provide a receipt and enrollment details you can retain. Failed payments may suspend paid benefits but do not authorize undisclosed fees. Membership alone does not authorize credit-report sharing or promotional calls and texts. Do not email card numbers, Social Security numbers, or credit reports to membership support.
9. Consumer rights
Mandatory federal and applicable state consumer protections remain intact. California law governs to the extent permitted, preserving mandatory protections of your home state. This agreement imposes no arbitration requirement or class-action waiver.
