Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are over 18 years old at entry. Employees, officers, owners, and people involved in administering this promotion, and their immediate families and household members, are excluded. Immediate family means spouse, parents, children, and siblings. Void where prohibited. Eligibility is subject to verification.

The promotion begins October 1, 2026 and closes December 20, 2026 at 12:00 noon Pacific Time. Sponsor's entry system records receipt times.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Membership method. Web2Autos membership and services are currently free. During the promotion period, complete the free membership registration form on Web2Autos.com with accurate information and acknowledge these Official Rules. An eligible completed registration automatically receives one entry number. You may instead enter free without becoming a member. Both methods provide the same chance of winning. Canceling membership does not affect a valid entry. No membership, purchase, financing application, credit check, or marketing consent is required to enter or win.

Nonmember method. During the same period, use the Enter Sweepstakes Without Membership form. Submit your name, email or telephone number, state of residence, and confirmation of age eligibility, and acknowledge these Official Rules. No payment or financial information is required.

Limit one entry per person total, regardless of method. Both methods enter the same drawing with the same odds. Using both methods does not create an additional entry. Entry confirmation means an entry has been received, not that you have won. No dealership visit, referral, financing application, credit check, vehicle purchase, or marketing opt-in is required. Automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be rejected. Valid entries will not be removed merely for declining marketing or canceling membership.

Total prize value: $2,250. Three separate winners; one prize per person. Gift cards are subject to issuer terms. The awards are gift cards, not cash or vehicles. No purchase, payment, delivery charge, membership continuation, or marketing consent is required to claim a prize. Taxes legally due on a prize are the winner's responsibility. Sponsor will perform applicable tax reporting and may collect legally necessary tax information securely from verified winners.

Sponsor will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries at 1:00 PM Pacific Time on December 20, 2026 at the Web2Autos.com headquarters office at the address above. First, second, and third prizes will be assigned in that order. Attendance is not required. The drawing procedure and results will be documented. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided at entry. Sponsor will verify identity, age, residency, and entry eligibility without requiring a purchase or a financing application. A potential winner has seven calendar days after the initial notification to respond. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to respond within that period, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries.

Prizes will be sent before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on December 20, 2026. This is a dispatch deadline, not a promise that a mailed card will arrive that day. Winners may instead arrange pickup at 38623 Fremont Blvd., Suite 185, Fremont, CA 94536 by contacting (844) 922-7227.

Entry information is used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, deliver prizes, and meet legal obligations. Sponsor's Privacy Policy is available beside the entry form. Optional marketing permissions are collected separately and do not affect entry, odds, or prize claims. Entrants' personal information is not published. No credit report will be obtained solely because a person enters the sweepstakes.

Sponsor will administer the promotion consistently with these rules and applicable law. Any correction, interruption, or legally necessary modification must preserve lawful participant rights and advertised prize commitments. These rules do not authorize arbitrary cancellation, retroactive disqualification, or changing the odds after entry.
